Orders (Order se related sawaal)


1. Main order kaise karun?

Bohot aasan hai. Bus apni pasand ki product select karein, size aur quantity choose karein, aur “Add to Cart” press karein. Phir checkout par ja kar apna naam, address, aur phone number daal dein. Payment method choose karein aur order confirm kar dein.


2. Kya mujhe order confirmation mile gi?

Haan bilkul. Order karne ke baad aapko email aur SMS par confirmation mil jayegi. Agar nahi mili toh humein call kar dein.


3. Main apna order kaise track karun?

Aap do tarah se track kar sakte hain:

  1. Apne email mein tracking link click karein
  2. Website par “My Account” > “My Orders” mein ja kar check karein

4. Kya main order karne ke baad address change kar sakta hun?

Haan, lekin order karne ke 2 ghantay andar humein call ya email kar dein. Agar order ship ho chuka hai toh change nahi ho sakta.

5. Aap kaun kaun se payment methods accept karte hain?

Hum yeh sab payment methods accept karte hain:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bank Transfer
  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Digital wallets

6. Kya Cash on Delivery safe hai?

Jee bilkul safe hai. Aap product chek kar lain, pasand aaye toh payment dein. Agar koi masla ho toh payment nahi dein.


7. Kya card payment secure hai?

Haan. Humari website SSL certified hai. Aapka card information secure hai aur hum kisi bhi tarah save nahi karte.


8. COD par extra charges lagtay hain?

Kuch orders par 50 PKR ka extra COD fee lag sakta hai. Checkout par aapko dikha diya jayega.

Delivery time aapke sheher par depend karta hai:

10. Shipping ke kitne charges lagtay hain?

  • 2,000 PKR se kam order par: 150 PKR
  • 2,000 PKR ya zyada par: FREE shipping

11. Kya aap Pakistan ke bahar bhejte hain?

Filhaal nahi. Sirf Pakistan mein delivery hoti hai. International shipping jald aarahi hai.


12. Agar delivery late ho toh kya karein?

Pehle tracking number se courier ko call karein. Phir bhi masla hal nahi hota toh humein call karain. Hum courier se follow up karain gay.


Returns & Exchange (Wapsi aur badlay se related sawaal)


13. Kitnay din mein return kar sakta hun?

Aapko 14 din ka time hai delivery ke baad return karne ke liye.


14. Return ke liye kya conditions hain?

Item yeh honi chahiye:

✅ Bina istemal ki hui (unused)
✅ Bina dhuli hui (unwashed)
✅ Original tag attach ho
✅ Original packing ho
✅ Receipt ya order number ho


15. Kaunsi items return nahi ho sakti?

Yeh items return nahi ho sakti:

❌ Ganday (underwear) aur socks
❌ Sale / clearance items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Jo item customer ne khud damage ki ho


16. Return kaise karun?

  1. Humse 14 din andar raabta karein
  2. Order number aur reason bataein
  3. Hum aapko return address dein gay
  4. Item wapsi bhej dein (customer pays shipping)
  5. Hamara team check kare ga aur refund ya exchange kar de ga

17. Agar mujhe damaged ya wrong item milay toh?

Bohot maafi chahiye. 24 ghantay andar photos bhejein:

Hum free replacement ya full refund kar dain gay (shipping charges bhi wapas).


18. Exchange kaise karun?

Agar size ya color change karna hai toh exchange kar sakte hain:

  • Item return conditions poori honi chahiye
  • Jo size/color chahiye wo stock mein hona chahiye
  • Exchange par shipping charges customer ki taraf se hongay

19. Refund kab tak aa jaye ga?

Return approve hone ke baad 10–14 business days lagtay hain. Refund aapke original payment method mein wapas aa jayega.

COD orders par refund bank account mein ya store credit mein diya jayega.


Cancellation (Order cancel karne se related sawaal)


20. Kya main order cancel kar sakta hun?

Haan. Order karne ke 6 ghantay andar cancel kar sakte hain. Is ke baad cancel nahi ho sakta.

22. Cancel karne ke baad refund kab mile ga?

Cancel approve hone ke baad 5–7 business days mein refund aa jayega.

23. Kya account banana zaroori hai?

Nahi, aap bina account ke bhi order kar sakte hain. Lekin account banane se aap:

✅ Order track kar sakte hain
✅ Fast checkout kar sakte hain
✅ Order history dekh sakte hain
✅ Exclusive offers pa sakte hain


24. Main apna password bhool gaya hun?

“Forgot Password” click karein. Aapke email par reset link aa jayega.


25. Kya apna account delete kar sakta hun?

Haan. Humare email par request bhejein. Hum 7 din mein delete kar dain gay.

26. Kya product colors exact screen jaisay hotay hain?

Hum koshish karte hain ke bilkul waisay hi dikhayein. Lekin har screen ka color thoda different ho sakta hai. 90–95% match hota hai.


27. Size guide kahan mile gi?

Har product ke page par “Size Guide” button hai. Wahan ja kar dekh lein.


28. Koi product out of stock hai, kab aayega?

Out of stock products par “Notify Me” button hai. Email daal dein, stock aate hi aapko bata dain gay.


29. Kya main bulk order kar sakta hun?

Haan bilkul. Bulk orders par special discount milta hai. Humein email karein:

31. Kya ek se zyada coupon use kar sakta hun?

Nahi, ek order par sirf ek coupon use ho sakta hai.


32. Kya sale items par bhi return hota hai?

Sale / clearance items non-returnable hain. Please sale se pehle size aur product chek kar lein.
