Return Policy

Our Promise

At Outfitters, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

✅ Unused and unwashed
✅ Original tags still attached
✅ In original packaging
✅ Accompanied by original receipt or order number


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Underwear and socks
❌ Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
❌ Clearance / sale items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Items damaged by customer (stains, tears, smells, etc.)


4. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: We will give you a return address
Step 4: Pack the item securely with original tags
Step 5: Ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
Step 6: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent to your bank account or as store credit (your choice).

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Exchange Policy

Want a different size or color? You can request an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchange conditions:

  • Item must meet all return conditions above
  • Requested size/color must be in stock
  • Customer pays shipping fee for exchange (if applicable)

If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.


7. Damaged or Wrong Item

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item? We are very sorry!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or wrong item
  • A brief description

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping charges. You will not pay anything extra.

9. International Returns (if applicable)

Currently, we only accept returns from within Pakistan. International orders are final sale unless the item is damaged or wrong.


10. Refund Not Received?

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank – some banks take extra time
  3. Contact us – we will help you track it
