2. Products & Pricing
- We try our best to show accurate product colors, sizes, and details. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings.
- Prices may change without notice. All prices include taxes where applicable.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or out-of-stock items.
3. Orders & Payments
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
- All payments are secure. We do not store your full card information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only.
- Once your order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you.
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us within 7 days.
5. Cancellation & Refund
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
- Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after approval.
- The refund will go back to your original payment method.
6. Return & Exchange
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Original receipt required
Non-returnable items: Underwear, socks, clearance items, and gift cards.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect your data only to process orders and improve your experience. We never sell your information to third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, product designs, and text are owned by Outfitters. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Outfitters is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore.
